Artist of the month: Van Gogh
We have been working together to make a lovely collaborative art piece based on ‘sunflowers’
We studied the painting mixing together a range of orange, browns, yellows and green paints to create the sunflowers.
Observing the flowers in the painting, we noticed some were bumpy or spikey. We used a range of tools to make different textures on our flowers including big and small paint brushes, potato masher and pine cones!
