On the First Floor of Mara is a beautiful light and airy 60 sqm Events Space with a private
kitchen which is perfect for hosting birthday parties, functions or large meetings.

Event Space Hire rates: (60 sqm)
Weekend Hourly rate £50 (8am to 6pm) 3 hours minimum
Weekdays: 7pm – 10pm
Weekends: 8am – 10pm

We used the event space for our son’s first birthday and I was so pleased with the space and the Nurseries communication before, during and after the event. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to host a birthday party or any party for kids.

"Continuing to run our new parent support group during the year of covid seemed more important than ever, but finding a suitable venue wasn’t easy. When someone recommended the Mara centre, I signed up as soon as I saw it, it was a perfect space. It’s bright, airy, warm and big enough to safely distance easily. There’s space to change nappies, and a little kitchenette where we could make drinks and put snacks out. It was always kept clean and tidy, and even had a sheltered area outdoors for us to leave buggies. A brilliant multi-use space that I would highly recommend to anyone running child / parent classes or groups."
