Mara Nursery return to GROW!
GROW
A magical time was had at GROW! The children were all so polite and did a fantastic job listening to Laura’s GROW House rules.
We loved exploring the grounds, smelling, tasting and trying to name all the different plants and vegetables. The children were so excited to spot the vegetables our nursery rooms are named after and absolutely loved trying the sweet peas!
We also went on a bug hunt, searching under logs and getting very excited whenever we found a creepy crawly. There were lots of squeals and smiles before we moved on to petting and feeding the chickens, which was definitely a highlight of the afternoon.
It was such a fun, hands-on experience and a wonderful way for the children to learn about where our food comes from, how things grow and how we can care for the world around us.
We had lots of muddy hands, curious minds and happy faces by the end of our adventure! 🌱🐞🐔✨
